  1. real conservative

Will they make immigrants and minorities pay for translators in court when we know they can really speak English?

  2. This is sort of apples and oranges I know but where do we draw the line? Do we charge people user fees for medical coverage because they eat at McDonalds etc knowing that type of food is crap? Do we charge smokers user fees? People who work in hazardous conditions?

  3. It probably won’t serve as a deterrent, but at least those who survive their foolishness (snicker, snicker) can pay for all the chaos they caused.

  4. I don’t really see it as a deterrent either.
