Blogger Comments Buggy
I just became aware of a problem with Blogger’s comment system here. Evidently the CAPTCHA system kept displaying the same graphic over and over. When people tried to post a comment they were greeted with an error to the effect “please type the correct characters”. Of course you could never type the correct characters because the CAPTCHA graphic wouldn’t change.
Until the problem is corrected, I have disabled CAPTCHA verification, however comment moderation is now in effect. This is not to censor opinions. You are free to post your opinions. I only activated comment moderation so that I wouldn’t be deluged with spam messages offering everything from penis enlargements to car loans. Once Blogger rectifies the problem, comment moderation will be turned off and CAPTCHA will be reactivated.
Update: The problem seems to have been corrected. Comment moderation is no longer in effect and CAPTCHA has been reactivated.

I noticed this too, but only in Firefox - it seemed to be okay in IE.

I initially suspected that it was a browser issue but cleaning out the cache, temp files, cookies etc hasn’t resolved the problem. I usually perform this kind of maintenance several times of day anyway.
I didn’t realize it was working in IE as I never use it.
