Another socialist who thinks it is the reponsibility of the state to raise children.
You could be forgiven for thinking that this is not a child care plan, but a tax break plan gussied up to look like one. And the reason you could be forgiven for thinking such a thing is that, well, that’s what it is. The Conservatives noticed that all the other kids had child care plans, so they got out their crayons, crossed out “Tax Breaks” and scribbled “Child Care” over top.
