18 Years For Rapist

Update to an earlier post:

Recall the post I did about the scumbag who raped a 5-yr-old child here in Winnipeg? The bastard was sentenced to 18 years in addition to time already served. Although this is one of the harshest sentences ever doled out for this type of crime it’s not enough in my opinion. The justice system can pat itself on the back all it wants.
