The much brave and fierce Holy Warriorsâ„¢ of Hamas have cancelled a celebration marking the 17th anniversary of its creation due to concerns for their safety.
Fearing an Israeli reprisal attack, Hamas has decided to cancel a major rally marking the 17th anniversary of its founding.The rally was supposed to be held in one of Gaza City’s stadiums on Friday, but Hamas decided to postpone it indefinitely out of fear that Israel would target the Islamic movement’s leaders in retaliation for Sunday’s attack on an IDF outpost near Rafah, in which five soldiers were killed and six others wounded.
Meanwhile, a leading Hamas preacher by the name of Fathi Hamad is predicting a confrontation with the equally brave and fierce Holy Warriorsâ„¢ of Islamic Jihad.
A growing rift between Hamas and Islamic Jihad has led to a break in cooperation between the two groups, and is threatening to lead to an all-out clash between them, according to a leading Hamas preacher who recently slammed Jihad for trying to outmuscle Hamas.
This should not come as a surprise to anyone. These types of power struggles are common within the PA. It’s a never ending turf war between the hundreds of various terror groups, criminal gangs and PA security apparatuses. This is also one of the biggest stumbling blocks on the road to Palestinian independence.
