As liberals celebrate the opening of the Clinton Library in Little Rock, Ark, the former President basked in his own glory marvelling at what he accomplished in terms of anti-terrorism. However, in his new book Losing Bin Laden, investigative journalist Richard Miniter paints a slightly different picture.
