Soros Plans to Spend More on Anti-Bush Campaign

At a National Press Club meeting in Washington, billionaire George Soros announced he will spend another $3 million, in addition to the more than $13 million he has already spent, on an advertising campaign designed to convince people to not vote for President Bush. He also plans to appear at numerous speaking engagements and will begin distributing at least 2 million anti-Bush brochures. This can only be viewed as pure desperation.
Shlockumentary maker Michael Moore tried. The shadowy 527s tried. The liberal media tried. Truth is the Democrats cannot defeat Bush simply because they have nothing to offer and as such have to rely on fear-mongering, innuendo and distortion. When they finally come up with something intelligent to say we’ll listen.
